Our turnkey acquisition and construction services are currently offered exclusively in the Texas market, with a primary focus on the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This regional focus allows us to maintain direct oversight of construction execution, ensure consistent quality, and protect investor outcomes.

As we expand, new markets will be added only where we can uphold the same standards of control and execution.
